Bob originally obtained his real estate license in Virginia in 2004 and maintained it for eight years before relocating. In 2024, he returned to the real estate profession and is now licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. His knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic region, combined with his client-focused approach, allows him to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions throughout every stage of the real estate process.

Before returning to real estate sales, Bob was actively involved in real estate as an investor. He purchased homes, renovated properties, and built a portfolio of rental properties. This hands-on background gives him valuable insight into property value, renovation potential, rental opportunities, investment considerations, and market appeal.

He has also previously served as Chair of Fabric and Grounds and as Senior Warden. In his free time, Bob enjoys gardening, birdwatching, and beekeeping. He is a lifetime member of both the Eastern Panhandle Beekeepers Association and the West Virginia State Beekeepers Association.
